1. What is FreeCas?

FreeCas is a free-to-play mobile entertainment app. It uses virtual coins as an in-game currency. These coins have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any goods or services, and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.

FreeCas is intended for entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling app, does not facilitate real-money gaming, and is not regulated as a gambling product.

2. Who operates FreeCas?

3. Information we collect

FreeCas itself does not require you to create an account or provide personal information directly to us. However, the app uses third-party services that may collect certain data:

• Google AdMob — FreeCas displays rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information, advertising identifiers, and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can review Google's privacy policy at  policies.google.com/privacy .
• Crash reporting & analytics — We may use Firebase or similar tools to collect anonymised crash reports and usage analytics to help us improve the app.

4. Rewarded advertisements

FreeCas uses rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. Watching a rewarded ad grants you additional virtual coins in the app. These coins have no real-world value. Watching ads is entirely optional.

AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings at any time.

5. Virtual coins

• Virtual coins in FreeCas are for in-game use only.
• They have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash.
• They cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn.
• Coin balances may be reset if the app is uninstalled or if we update the app.

6. Children

FreeCas is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us at info@ptbs.co.uk.

7. Data retention

We retain anonymised analytics data only for as long as necessary to improve the app. We do not retain personally identifiable information beyond what is collected by third-party SDKs as described in their respective privacy policies.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data held about you. For requests relating to data collected by third-party services (such as AdMob), please refer to their respective policies.
